GlobAgri Solutions (Private) Limited is a Zimbabwean-owned agribusiness, registered in Harare in 2021. We exist to give agriculture in the region a partner that works across the whole value chain, with the discipline institutions expect and the closeness farmers value.
Our reach runs from consultancy and farm development to inputs, training, and project support. That breadth is deliberate: it keeps a project in one set of hands, and it is what lets a young company deliver like an established one.

Mary Netsai Machingaidze
Founder & Managing Director
Mary founded GlobAgri and leads it as Managing Director. She brings over two decades of professional experience and an executive education from London Business School, along with past executive and non-executive board roles. Her focus is simple: give agriculture in the region a partner that plans carefully, delivers fully, and stays for the long term.
